## What POSTIVA does

- **Weekly strategy**: POSTIVA combines a business's goals, audience, offer, and voice into a weekly direction (a goal for the week, specific topics, formats, and a next step) rather than a blank calendar or a generic idea list.
- **[Free 7-day content plan](https://postiva.ai/plan/)**: sample 7-day plans for six types of business show what a week planned by POSTIVA looks like; a free account then builds the strategy for the visitor's own business, goal and audience.
- **Daily plan and push reminders**: the Plan tab of the weekly strategy lists tasks for each day (actions from the weekly plan plus the day's AI tasks, often with a short reason; comment tasks link straight to the comments). Every pricing plan gets the first day's tasks; new tasks every day come with CREATOR and PRO. A push notification with a short summary arrives when a new daily plan is ready (push and in-app, not e-mail).
- **Conversational AI assistant**: choose a topic from the plan, and the assistant asks about angle, example, and tone before drafting a post, Reel, or carousel in the brand's voice.
- **Brand voice**: set the brand voice once (pick one of 8 presets and fine-tune the style), and AI posts, rewrites and replies sound like the business.
- **Content calendar and automatic publishing**: approve the content, time, and profile; POSTIVA publishes it automatically to a supported channel at the time chosen by the user. Scheduling and automatic publishing are on every plan, FREE included.
- **Media library**: photos, videos and AI images are kept in one library and can be used in a post with one tap.
- **Profile protection** (Polish: "Ochrona profilu"): switched on or off per profile in the profile settings. AI checks each new comment on Facebook and Instagram, clearly toxic ones are hidden automatically, and the user can hide or restore any comment; suggested replies are written in the profile's voice. Included in CREATOR and PRO; not included on FREE.
- **AI text enhancer**: paste any text and get several alternative versions (grammar fix, brand-tone match, or custom instructions).
- **AI image generator**: describe the visual, optionally add reference images and brand style; results go straight to the media library.
- **Analytics and weekly stats email**: followers, reach (shown as Impressions), reactions and comments for Facebook and Instagram, best posting hours and a content-mix (format variety) check; a weekly stats e-mail every Sunday at 18:00 UTC for each profile with a connected account. Included on every plan, FREE too.
- **Post suggestions**: for Facebook and Instagram, POSTIVA flags recent posts that are trending ("Boost Popular Post", a recommendation to consider promoting the post yourself; POSTIVA has no promotion action) and posts 2–12 months old that did well ("Refresh Top Post", which opens the post to update and share again). On every plan.
- **Historical import**: the profile owner can import the last 3 calendar months of Facebook and Instagram posts, with their comments and reaction totals, into the calendar (LinkedIn is not supported; the import is started manually). On every plan.
- **Collaborators and post approval**: the profile owner invites a collaborator by email (it must be an existing POSTIVA account; the invitee accepts before getting access). Collaborators work inside the profile (posts, AI chat, ideas, analytics, files) while profile settings, connected platforms, access, history import and approving stay with the owner; their AI actions count against the owner's plan. With "Require approval before publishing" on, collaborators submit posts for approval and the owner approves or rejects them with a reason. Needs a paid plan (CREATOR or PRO).
- **Referral program ("Invite & Earn")**: every user, FREE included, gets a referral link and earns 20% commission on a referred friend's first payment and every renewal while the friend stays on a paid plan (calculated and shown in USD from the CREATOR or PRO USD list price). The friend must be a new account signing up through the link, with the code applied within 24 hours of the account's creation; referrals and earnings are tracked in the app.

## How POSTIVA differs from other schedulers

A post generator or a scheduler like Buffer or Later starts with a prompt or an empty calendar. POSTIVA starts with the business's goal, audience, and brand profile, builds a direction for the week, and only then helps create and schedule the selected content, closing the loop with comment moderation after publishing.
