What it does

Numbers you can read
in a minute.

Under Analytics in the sidebar you’ll find three screens: Insights, Performance and Suggestions. Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days, and all channels or just Facebook or Instagram.

Insights gives you the short version: how often you’ve posted against a target of 3–4 posts a week, how interactions, comments and reactions compare with the previous period, what your community looks like, how varied your formats are, and the hours when your audience comments and reacts most.

Performance shows your followers, your reach (shown as Impressions), reactions and comments, each with its change over the range you picked, plus a chart for each.

Every Sunday at 18:00 UTC, POSTIVA also sends a weekly stats email to each profile with a connected account: your numbers compared with last week and the posts you published. If you use profile protection (CREATOR and PRO), it also counts the toxic comments it hid.

Why it helps

The week comes to you

A short summary lands in your inbox every Sunday at 18:00 UTC, and a push tells you it’s ready.

How to use it

From your first look
to the weekly summary, in six steps.

  1. Open Insights

In the sidebar, under ANALYTICS, open Insights. Performance and Suggestions sit right below it. On a phone, the three screens are buttons.

  2. Choose the range and the channel

Next to Range: choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. 30 days is the default, and POSTIVA remembers your choice. Then, under Channels, pick All channels, Facebook or Instagram.

Insights with the range menu open: Last 7, 30 or 90 days
  3. Read the Insights cards

Post activity counts your posts in the last 7 and 30 days against a target of 3–4 a week. Engagement snapshot compares interactions, comments and reactions with the previous period. Community Preview sums up Audience Size, Comment Tone and Interaction Pattern.

Content Mix counts your posts per format and says whether your mix is varied. The best-time-to-post card shows comments and reactions by hour, with the peak hours highlighted.

  4. Open Performance

Tiles show Followers, Impressions, Reactions and Comments, each with its change in % over the range. Impressions count unique reach. Below them are charts for Impressions, Engagement, Posts, Comments and Reactions.

  5. Get the weekly summary

Every Sunday at 18:00 UTC, each profile with a connected account gets the Your Weekly Stats email: Followers, Impressions, Reactions and Comments compared with last week and the posts published this week, with a View full analytics button. If you use profile protection (CREATOR and PRO), it also counts the toxic comments it hid.

A push lets you know: “Your weekly stats are ready — see how your content performed this week.”

  6. Turn the email off if you prefer

In Account settings, untick Send me email notifications, or use the Unsubscribe from email notifications link in the email. Both stop all notification emails from POSTIVA, not only the weekly one.
