“I log in to three apps to post one thing.”
Publish from one place
Connect once, then schedule and publish to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from POSTIVA.
POSTIVA connects to Facebook, Instagram and your LinkedIn profile, so your scheduled posts go out on time. On Facebook and Instagram, your comments and analytics come in too.
Open Integration from your profile card and you’ll see three cards: Meta Business for your business’s Facebook Page (and an Instagram account in the same Meta Business Portfolio), Instagram Business for a standalone Instagram account, and LinkedIn for your personal profile.
Each card shows whether it’s connected and which account it uses. A connection lets POSTIVA publish your posts on all three platforms. On Facebook and Instagram it also brings in comments and analytics, and turns on profile protection and the import of your last 3 months.
Each profile has one account per platform. Connecting again replaces it, and you can disconnect at any time.

“Comments get lost between apps.”
On Facebook and Instagram, the connection brings your comments and analytics into POSTIVA.
“I don’t want anyone else touching my accounts.”
Only the profile’s owner can connect or disconnect accounts. Collaborators can’t.
“What if I change my mind?”
Disconnect asks before it removes anything, and you can connect again later.
On your profiles screen, open the menu on your profile card and choose Integration. This menu appears on profiles you own.
The post editor’s connect shortcut opens the same cards as Integration Settings. Collaborators can open it there, but only the profile’s owner can connect or disconnect accounts.
You need a Facebook Page for your business, not a personal profile, and you need to be its admin. The Page must belong to a Meta Business Portfolio (previously called “Business Manager”).
On the Meta Business card (Connect Facebook Pages and Instagram profiles in one connection.), choose Connect and log in to Facebook. Facebook asks you to choose your Business Portfolio, then the Page within it. To publish to Instagram too, add your Instagram Business or Creator account to the same Business Portfolio; it doesn’t need to be linked to the Page.
Confirm the permissions Facebook shows you. POSTIVA only asks for what it needs to publish posts and read comments and insights. Privacy Policy.
To connect Instagram without a Facebook Page, use the Instagram Business card (Connect a standalone Instagram account.). Your account must be a Business or Creator account; personal accounts can’t be connected.
Choose Connect, log in to Instagram and confirm the permissions: publishing posts, reading comments and viewing insights. Back in POSTIVA, the card shows Connected.
The LinkedIn - Personal Profile card connects a personal LinkedIn account; publishing to company pages isn’t supported. The card says: Publishing only - comments, reactions, engagement and analytics aren’t supported.
Choose Connect, log in to LinkedIn and confirm that POSTIVA may post on your behalf. Back in POSTIVA, the card shows Connected.
A connected card shows Connected and the account under Connected account. Manage connection lets you connect again, which replaces the current account. Integration guide walks you through each platform.
Choose Disconnect next to the account. POSTIVA asks Disconnect account? and explains that it will no longer be able to publish posts or read analytics for that account.
Facebook, Instagram and your LinkedIn personal profile.
Meta Business connects your business’s Facebook Page from a Meta Business Portfolio; an Instagram Business or Creator account in the same portfolio can publish too, without being linked to the Page. Instagram Business connects an Instagram Business or Creator account on its own, without a Facebook Page.
No. Facebook needs a Page for your business that you admin, and Instagram needs a Business or Creator account.
Publish posts to your personal profile. Company pages, comments, reactions, engagement and analytics aren’t supported on LinkedIn.
No. A collaborator can open Integration Settings from the post editor, but only the profile’s owner can connect or disconnect accounts.
A failed post or import notification lets you know. Then use Manage connection in Integration to connect the account again. LinkedIn can’t refresh its connection silently, so reconnect it about once every two months.
POSTIVA can no longer publish posts or read analytics for that account. You can connect it again at any time.
